Overview

The Facility Analyst is a member of the General Affairs & Facility Department at MCCA and supports cross-entity facility coordination, facility planning, project analysis, documentation, reporting, facility standards, and facility management system activities across MOBIS entities in the United States.This role serves as a coordination and analysis point between MOBIS entity facility representatives, vendors, contractors, consultants, and the Facility Consultant by collecting facility needs, monitoring project status, reviewing estimates, scopes of work, and proposed methodologies, and preparing materials for Facility Consultant review and confirmation. Candidates with backgrounds in engineering, construction management, facility operations, project coordination, facility systems, or related technical/business support functions are encouraged to apply.

Cross-Entity Facility Coordination & Planning Support

  • Maintain regular communication with facility representatives across U.S. MOBIS entities to collect facility needs, facility condition updates, project status, and open issues.
  • Consolidate facility improvement requests, facility condition issues, renewal needs, and project planning inputs to support facility planning and prioritization discussions.
  • Track ongoing facility projects, major repairs, improvement activities, and assigned follow-up items across MOBIS entities.
  • Prepare summaries, trackers, dashboards, and supporting materials for Facility Consultant and management review.

Project Review & Technical / Commercial Coordination Support

  • Collect and organize vendor estimates, proposals, scopes of work, proposed methodologies, drawings, specifications, and contractor submissions.
  • Review and compare estimates, scopes of work, and proposed methodologies for completeness, consistency, potential gaps, cost impacts, and alignment with facility needs.
  • Coordinate technical and commercial clarifications with entity facility representatives, vendors, contractors, and consultants as directed.
  • Prepare analysis summaries and review packages for Facility Consultant review and confirmation before guidance or feedback is provided to MOBIS entities.

New Site, Expansion & Permitting Support

  • Support facility-related coordination activities for new site development, facility expansion, startup projects, and other cross-entity facility initiatives.
  • Assist with practical coordination needs during planning, design, permitting, utility coordination, inspection scheduling, and project documentation stages.
  • Track design review comments, permit status, consultant and contractor deliverables, open issues, and meeting action items.

Facility Standards, Systems & Governance Support

  • Support the planning, implementation, rollout, administration, and continuous improvement of facility management systems, including AMP, Building Management Systems (BMS), and other corporate facility platforms.
  • Support development and maintenance of facility management policies, standards, workflows, templates, checklists, and reporting formats.
  • Collect recurring issues, lessons learned, and improvement opportunities from MOBIS entities and support process standardization within the Facility function.

Vendor, Budget & Administrative Coordination

  • Assist with vendor communication, service request follow-up, contractor coordination, and routine documentation needs.
  • Support purchase requisition, purchase order, invoice tracking, budget monitoring, and facility operating expense tracking activities as needed.
  • Maintain vendor, contract, service, facility system, and project records in appropriate internal systems.
  • Assist with communication materials, meeting preparation, minutes, action item tracking, and follow-up items for cross-functional facility activities.

AUTHORITY & SCOPE

    This role operates within defined corporate policies, MCCA GA/Facility standards, and applicable facility, project, procurement, and compliance procedures. The position supports facility planning, project status monitoring, estimate and scope review, vendor and entity coordination, facility system rollout, process standardization, and cross-entity facility support under the guidance of the Facility Consultant and GA/Facility management. This role supports, but does not independently own, project budgets, approve construction plans, select contractors, or authorize major scope, cost, or schedule changes. Matters involving financial commitments, legal/compliance risk, contract exceptions, technical direction, or strategic decisions should be escalated to the Facility Consultant and management as required.

Supervisory Responsibilities: No direct supervisory responsibilities. May coordinate routine tasks and follow-up items with vendors, contractors, MOBIS entity facility representatives, consultants, and internal stakeholders under the guidance of the Facility Consultant.

Qualifications

(The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required and preferred for this position.)

 

Required Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • (Two) 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Facility Operations Support
  • Construction or Project Coordination
  • Engineering or Technical Support
  • Vendor or Contractor Coordination
  • Budget, Cost, or Administrative Tracking

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Strong organizational, documentation, analysis, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to communicate regularly with facility representatives, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders across multiple MOBIS entities
  • Ability to review and compare estimates, scopes of work, proposals, methodologies, schedules, and project-related documentation for consistency and completeness
  • Basic understanding of facility operations, construction, engineering, permitting, design coordination, or project coordination processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
  • Detail-oriented mindset with willingness to learn facility management, facility systems, project governance, and process standardization practices

 

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Candidates possessing one or more of the following qualifications are preferred:
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, corporate, or multi-site facility environments
  • Construction project coordination, facility improvement project support, or owner-side project support experience
  • Experience reviewing or organizing contractor estimates, proposals, scopes of work, drawings, or project documentation
  • Basic knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems, building systems, or facility infrastructure
  • Basic awareness of permitting, inspections, OSHA, EPA, safety, or regulatory compliance requirements
  • Experience with purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoice tracking, budget administration, or facility operating expense tracking
  • Experience maintaining project trackers, dashboards, facility records, or internal reporting materials
  • Experience with facility management systems, AMP, BMS, CMMS, EAM, or other building/facility platforms is a plus
  • Professional certifications or training such as CAPM, OSHA 10/30, FMP, or other related credentials

 

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: None required. Professional certifications or training such as CAPM, OSHA 10/30, FMP, facility systems training, or other facility, project coordination, safety, or technical credentials are preferred but not required.

 

Working Conditions: This position is primarily office-based but may require periodic travel to MOBIS facilities, project sites, vendor locations, permitting offices, or other U.S. business locations to support facility coordination, site inspections, project documentation, vendor meetings, system rollout, and facility improvement initiatives. The role may require walking through office, warehouse, manufacturing, construction, or facility areas and may involve exposure to active work sites, plant operations, or construction-related environments. Extended hours, early morning, evening, weekend, or shutdown-period support may be required based on project schedules, urgent facility needs, site readiness, executive visits, or business priorities.
